Ingredients
- 1 oz.
peppermint schnapps, plus more for glass rim
Finely crushed starlight mints, for rim
Prosecco or other sparkling wine
Directions
- Step 1Place peppermint schnapps on a small plate. Place mints on a second small plate. Dip the rim of a Champagne glass in the schnapps then in the mints. Pour schnapps into prepared glass and top with Prosecco.
